2) Weight

Scientists have given a very easy way to tell which category you weigh in. That is the Body Mass Index (BMI).

BMI is a very simple tool that tells you how much fat is in your body according to your weight and length. It’s a very simple formula to calculate:

BMI = Weight in kilograms / (Height in meters) 2
In case you want to convert your height in centimeters, use the following:

1 Feet = 30 cm
1 Meter = 100 cm
1 Inch = 2.5 cm

Find out your Body Mass Index (BMI). And see what category this is in:

Under 18.5 – Underweight
18.5 to 25 – Normal Weight
25 to 29.9 – Overweight
More than 30 – Obese (excessive weight)
There are several advantages of having BMI right range (18.5-24.9):

The risk of decreasing diabetes.
If you are already diabetic, then it will be helpful in controlling it.
