How to Make Your Butt Rounder And Hips Wider : 

Basic tips

Making our buttocks bigger without exercise is not possible. In order to achieve our goal we have to follow these 2 phases:

  • Glute-strengthening workout.
  • Our nutrition after a workout and during the recovery period.

After exercise, our buttocks are in the repair cycle or it’s essential to choose the right type or amount of foods to ensure that our butt will grow bigger.

 

Out of the hundreds we can choose from, very few are actually necessary for achieving our goals. Here they are:

  1. Squat
  2. Deadlift
  3. Hip Thrust
  4. Romanian Deadlift
  5. Lunge
  6. Glute Blaster
  7. Bulgarian Split Squat

 

Deadlifts

Steps
  • In deadlifts, hold the dumbbells in front of our thighs.
  • Keep our knees straight as we push our hips back or bend forward from the abdomen and lowering the dumbbells to our feet.
  • Once your back is parallel to the floor and straighten back up to complete the rep.
  • It is beneficial to tighten our hip muscles.

 

Dress your butt up! Wearing padded clothing, jeans with pockets on the butt or belts will emphasize your buttocks or make it look bigger.

Keep in mind this simple rule: If we want to increase our weight we should eat more. If we just want to increase our butt and we have to eat in regular amounts.

We should eat at least one piece of fruit per day, although the daily recommendation is between 4 and 5 per day.

Excess of everything is bad, so do not overconsume protein and carbohydrates as it can lead to health problems.

 

Proteins

 

If we already have a well-established exercise routine, we recommend that we drink a protein shake after a workout.

Some natural sources of good proteins are tuna, chicken, tilapia, legumes, cottage cheese, eggs, turkey, lean red meat, legumes, and any fish (not fried).
