Cold is one of the most common infectious diseases in the world. Often, colds are not given much attention, but due to this worsening of colds, many diseases like pneumonia, sinocytosis can become overwhelming. The cold is also known by the names Najla, Cough & Cold, Cold and winter cold and it is compared to Nasal Allergy, Allergic Rhinitis, Nasopharyngitis etc.

 

 

Causes of Cough & Cold

  • Allergic to dust, dust, soil, pollution, changing weather etc.
  • Cold-hot

  • Lack of immunity power
  • Virus and sometimes bacterial infection, etc. may be due to colds.

Home remedy for colds

  • Keep on taking enough fluids in the form of water, soup etc., when cold.

Ayurvedic Cough & Cold Treatment

  • Sitapladi powders ½ teaspoon amounts to lick 2-3 times a day with honey, cough, relaxes instantly in colds.
  • Take 1 or 1 table of Lakshmi Vilas juice with hot water twice a day, it is beneficial.
  • Likewise, one-fourth spoon of calf powders, laugh 2-3 times with honey, instantly relaxes in the cough.
  • Herbal tea is also very beneficial in colds, coughs, colds.
  • Drinks like Tulsi, black pepper, cloves and honey in Giloy’s decoction are very useful in winter, colds, fever.
  • Sore throat, dizziness or sizzling whistle in the throat, lovable dough gives instant relief.

Apart from these, there are many Ayurveda medicines which are very useful in sinusitis, tonsillitis, allergic rhinitis, nasopharyngitis etc. But all these have to be taken by the opinion of ayurvedic physician.
