Many people think that being healthy is a difficult task and involving months of dieting accompanied by hours at the gym. However, this is not actually true. By controlling your daily activities and anyone can remain healthy. It’s not as hard as you might think.

 

  • Drink ten 10-ounce glasses of water each day.
  • Eat a healthy breakfast or small and nutritious meals throughout the day.
  • Include lean protein, vegetables and fruit, low-fat dairy or whole grains in your diet.
  • Exercise for at least 30 to 40 minutes 5 days a week.
  • Get enough sleep as is recommended for your age.
