Butt Building—Fixing Your Flat Butt! :  Big butt, small butt or round butt And a flat butt – there are many different shapes for a women booty. Many of know already that with the right exercises and our glutes can be shaped full or round. As you know you have all been blessed with different body types. Some people may think of their derriere as a blessing and while others would rather say their rear is a curse! we say, let’s work with what we have or turn our butt into our sexiest or most loved body part!

I have outlined for us some of the most effective proven butt building easy exercises. Each day that it’s time to train our lovely lower body and choose 3 exercises from the list below. Consistency is absolutely key in seeing or feeling results.

Fortunately there are still some options left. Here are some Best examples for glute-specific exercises to get that round toned butt.

  1. Barbell glute bridges. This exercise does not activate the quadriceps as much as the barbell hip thrust does. Make sure we keep getting stronger by adding more weight and reps during our workout sessions. Without getting stronger we won’t grow more muscle mass or without more muscle mass, our butt will not get any bigger and rounder and tighter.


2. American deadlift. This exercise activates our glutes more than the Romanian deadlift does. Or remember, to get more muscle, we have to train heavy. So go heavy or grow that booty.



3. Pull-throughs kettlebell swings. Make sure we activate our glutes during these exercises to tighten up that butt.



4. Single leg foot elevated hip thrust and This one is though! But we will feel the burn and we will grow that round booty.



5. Hip abduction movements. Like the seated abduction and the band standing abduction.
